The words licence and license causes a lot of confusion. I find it interesting when businesses pay a lot of money to have a sign made and the spelling isn't quite correct.

In this case the sign should read "FULLY LICENSED".

We Brits don't have a problem. I hold a British Amateur Radio Licence and an American Ham License.

It is also possible that some Cretans are cretins!
